Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also help to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating. Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
